Operating a short-term rental can be very lucrative, but it can also be very costly and high maintenance. To help new and experienced owners with this, we like to keep things simple with a flat 15% management fee, amenities included. All while you keep full control of your own account and listings.

The cleaning crew is the backbone to any vacation rental, and it's important your management and cleaners are coordinated before and after every guest. That just makes sense!
